Our process is simple. We start with taking the freshest meats & produce we can get our hands on, using Michigan products whenever possible.Then we get to work with our signature house blend of Rubs & Spices. But all the magic happens on in our smoker. We use local hardwood Cherry, Oak & Hickory and slow smoke all of our meats from 3-14 hours.
